Description

Working condition and technical data:

Inlet temperature: ≤80℃ (45℃)
Cooling Method: Air – cooling
Inlet pressure: 0.4 ~ 1.3Mpa
Pressure drop: ≤ 0.03Mpa
Dew point: 2 ~ 10 ℃
Refrigerant: R22, R134a, R407C, R410a

 

Refrigerated Air Dryer Capability:

1. Completely equipments dot refrigerated system. We use import parts for key point in order the machine’s run condition is good and using longevity.
2. Refrigerated and air system calculated by experts, all the design parameters were kept for 20% dispersion.
3. Air end liquid separated drastically. We use filtering gas/liquid separator that installed HANKISON filter. It can avoid secondary evaporation, efficiency achieved 99.66%.
4. Pipe system adopt zincification seamless pipe. You can adjust working presser from 0.3 to 4.5 Mpa.
5. Stainless Steel pipe. The maching caneuse in medicine or food company as it is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant an cautery-resistant material.
6. Air heating exchanger use ripple copper pipe and contranatant frame, so it can not dew.
7. Evaporator is thin copper pipe that it is made of Aluminium fin and hydrophile manage.
8. The drain system is perfectly. Cooling dryer has more than three grade drain. It can drain losts of cooling water and oil. This system not only has tine and dry air but also reduce the system’s burthen.
9. Lots of kinds control line (single; compositive; PC board; frequency conversion; united control). You can choose one you like.
10. Cooling fan use outside rotor, it has more capacity and less noise. It has long use life in frequency start or stop.
11. Water condensator is low wing copper. It is slow stream, more stroke and high exchange efficiency.
12. Armstrong foam is less heat dissipate.
13. Compressor defend grade is IP54. (prevent duct and spatter.)
