Our company's water well drill rig is a high-efficiency and multi-purpose hydraulic drive rig. It features advanced technology, easy operation, stable performance and long service life. It is widely used for water well drilling and inspection, relief well drilling and other borehole operations. It is also suitable for ground source heat pump borehole drilling in urban construction, as well as coalbed methane, gas and oil exploration. Powered by compressed air, the rig supports casing running and mud drilling, and delivers high drilling speed in rocks with a hardness coefficient of f=4-20.
The 600 series drilling rig is equipped with high-power engines from imported brands as standard. Its hydraulic system adopts constant-power variable piston pumps for higher system pressure. An imported rotary motor is also available as an optional part, which greatly boosts power output and enables the rig to adapt to more complex geological conditions and construction projects.
All mast movements including lifting, adjustment, pipe loading and unloading, rotation and advancement, together with jacks and winches, are fully hydraulically controlled. The rig is easy to operate, effectively reducing labor intensity and preparation time while improving work efficiency and construction quality. It can be configured with a crawler chassis or installed on a truck.
